EXPANDED TERTIARY EDUCATION EQUIVALENCY AND ACCREDITATION PROGRAM (ETEEAP)
CRITERIA AND PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION
Applicants for the equivalency and accreditation program must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen and at least 25 years old;
- Completed secondary school as evidenced by high school diploma and F-137, had passed the Philippine Education Placement Test, or a college undergraduate as evidenced by the transcript of record.
- Employed for an aggregate of 5 years related the academic degree program or discipline he/she is obtaining an equivalency.
- Proficient in the discipline applying for.
- Letter of intent addressed to the President
- Birth certificate / marriage certificate for female married applicant, PSA / NSO authenticated.
- Barangay/NBI clearance/Passport
- Service Record/Certificate of Employment
- Most recent academic records / diploma (Form 138 and High School Diploma, transfer credential, for College Undergraduate, PEPT/ALS-A&E result stating “Qualified to enter first Year College”)
- Comprehensive curriculum vitae/resume
- Certificate of training and workshop completed.
- Certificate of individual proficiency in the discipline or field of interest (appointment, job description, business permit, SEC/DTI registration for self employed)
- Duly accomplished recommendation forms, three (3) from any of the following: (1) Present Employer, (2) Previous Employer, (3) Co-employee, (4) Colleagues who are engaged in business.
- Accomplished ETEEAP application form (2 copies)
- Passport size picture in white background (2 pieces)
The following supporting papers are factors to be eligible for equivalency and accreditation:
- Innovation, Invention, Research and Publication
- Application for or actual patent or copyright
- Manuscript or publication of researches
- Sample of book, workbook, module, manual, monograph, article or creative work

The applicant will be selected based on his/her qualifications. The minimum qualifications must be met for him/her to proceed to the next step. However, if qualifications are deficient the applicant will be notified through writing and will be advised to complete all the necessary requirements. The following admission procedures will be observed:

2428 Pangasinan or Email the requirements in PDF format at punp.registrar@gmail.com - Pay the required application fee at the Finance Office. Payment can be made through bank deposits and/or credit/debit card.
- The initial interview will be scheduled. The applicant will be informed of the interview schedule or will be scheduled as agreed upon by the applicant and the interviewer. Generally, the interview will be on a 5-working day notice.
- The result of the initial evaluation shall be given to the applicant including the curriculum and the expected competencies he/she must acquire.
- Enroll the required academic subjects.
CERTIFICATE IN TEACHING (CIT)
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from a higher education institution
recognized by the Commission on Higher Education.
A certified true copy of the transcript of records must be submitted to the
Office Admissions and Scholarships along with the application form.
MICROSOFT OFFICE SPECIALIST
Students and professionals who are skilled in microsoft office who wants to be certified.
Note: All Transfer Credentials to be presented during the enrollment should be original,
free from erasures and alterations and originally signed by the Principal or the Registrar.
