A new chapter of academic collaboration officially begins!
A ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) took place last March 17, 2026, as Panpacific University and Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation solidified their commitment to educational innovation through benchmarking and MOU signing.
The ceremony was led by our visionary University President, Dr. Donna T. Padilla-Taguiba, alongside MSEUF’s VP for External Relations, VP Celso D. Jaballa. This collaboration marks a shared commitment to educational innovation and the exchange of institutional best practices.
