Dr. Juan P. Catalan a Panpacific University Alumnus served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker for the School of Basic Education Moving Up, Recognition and Commencement 2026 yesterday.

In his speech, he highlighted his three non-negotiable values throughout his career, he named it ISA – Integrity, Service and Accountability which mirrors the Panpacific University’s Core values. Pioneer, Compassion, Service and Truth.
