Panpacific University and NAKEM Conferences formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in promoting Language Justice, Cultural Democracy, and Emancipatory Education. The signing took place on the final day of the 20th NAKEM International Conference held at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa on November 21, 2025.
Dr. Donna T. Padilla-Taguiba signed on behalf of Panpacific University, while Dr. Aurelio S. Agcaoili, NAKEM International President, and Dr. Alegria T. Visaya, NAKEM Philippines President, represented NAKEM.
The ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Virgo C. Lopez, Vice President for Academics; Dr. Danilo S. Alterado, Graduate School Dean; and Mr. Edward C. Taguiba, Vice President for Operations.
