March 23,2026 - The AFP Educational Benefit System Office (AFP EBSO) visited Panpacific University to update the status of AFP grantees in the University. Both parties shared a commitment to promote educational assistance. Dr. Donna T. Padilla-Taguiba, President of Panpacific University supported the educational financial program of AFP EBSO and continues to offer a 100% tuition fee discount to the AFP beneficiaries.
The Armed Forces of the Philippines Educational Benefit System was represented by Ms. Michelle SM. De Luna CIV HR, SN1 Roy L. Caluza PN, Sgt. Jeffrey V. Fernandez, PA,SSg Karlyn U. Decay PA, and Ltc Edna Claire R. Capacillo.
Representing Panpacific University during the meeting were Dr. Donna T. Padilla-Taguiba, University President, Dr. Marjorie Fernandez, Chief Executive Assistant, Ms. Eva Maureen Milo, Lead of Registrar and Ms. Joy-Ann Santiago, Scholarship Officer.
