FIRST INTERNATIONAL JOINT LECTURE AND CONFERENCE

Panpacific University successfully hosted the International Joint Lecture and Conference on December 3, 2025, in collaboration with faculty members from Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), Surabaya, Indonesia, alongside Panpacific University lecturers from the Psychology Department and the Engineering Computing Academy of Science and Technology (ECOAST). The event featured discussions in Psychology, Education, and Engineering, fostering international collaboration and the exchange of ideas.

The program included Dr. Nono Hery Yoenanto’s lecture on “Optimizing Gifted Students in Schools,” followed by Ms. Valina Khiarin Nisa’s presentation on “Psychological First Aid as Basic Skills for Family and Educational Settings.” Mr. Muhammad Aldo Setiawan of UNAIR’s Faculty of Advanced Technology and Multidiscipline delivered a session on “Introduction to Aerial Robotics, Focusing on Accessible Freeware Platforms”, and Adam Rasyidi, a Psychology student from UNAIR, also participated in the academic exchange.

From Panpacific University, Ms. Abegail Bahala presented her discussion on “Confronting False Narratives in Mental Health Care,” while Mr. Erl Ridge Rosete shared insights on “Global Citizenship and Psychological Resilience.” Additionally, Engr. Jay-r Galwardo from ECOAST delivered a lecture titled “Smarter Structures: AI-Driven Optimization for Modern Structural Design.”

This gathering strengthened international partnerships and encouraged new ideas. Panpacific University looks forward to more initiatives that support global collaboration and academic excellence.
